Brookdale Family Campground Owners Tim and Robyn Chilson of Meadville PA announced that they will be celebrating 100 years of RVing with the Tin Can Tour and Boyers RV on June 5th, 2010!
The Tin Can Tour is a group of Vintage RV’s and tow vehicles which are touring across Pennsylvania in June, which has been deemed National RVing Month! They will have their vintage RV’s on display from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Campers and visitors can look back in history at the way RVing was in years gone by!
In addition, Boyers RV from Erie will be have new RV’s on display as well. It’ll make a great comparison contrast to see the old RV’s versus the new RV’s of today.
The event is open to the public. The event is $4.00/adult and $2.00 per child (5-18), children under 5 are free. The event is FREE to anyone camping at Brookdale FamilY Campground that weekend.
Brookdale Family Campground is located on RT 27 in Meadville, PA and is rated in the top 5% of campgrounds nationally.
